Friday 5th ‘WORRIZIT?’ Local duo Brian and Kevin look forward to seeing everyone at the Grange when they bring fun and your favourite songs to the main lounge from 2pm.
Tuesday 9th You are invited to join Vera in the dining room. Johnny Victory will be entertaining everyone and helping Vera celebrate her 100th birthday in style. He will be ‘Putting on the Ritz’ from 2pm.
Wednesday 10th October PWS Clothing (Pensioners with Style) will provide a selection of ladies and gentlemen’s outfits at our clothing event. The event runs from 2pm with payment of cash on the day or payment by invoice. Please see Shirley for request forms and further information.
Tuesday 16th Local poet Patricia Spencer is also the Feature Writer for the Ilkeston Life newspaper. She will be visiting the Grange from 2pm to talk about her passion for writing and to read her poetry. We hope this will take place in the main lounge with individual residents and small groups. All welcome.
Friday 19th We look forward to the visit of our friends from the Risley Not- so-Young-Group. Together we will enjoy an afternoon of Prize and Singo Bingo along with a with free raffle, light refreshments and cakes from Birds Bakery! 2pm start in the dining room.
Tuesday 23rd Join Cally in the main lounge from 2pm for an afternoon of songs from the 50s and 60s.
