CHRISTMAS FAYRE

SATURDAY 9TH DECEMBER

from 2pm.

We look forward to welcoming residents,

family, friends and staff at our annual Christmas Fayre which begins at 2pm with the arrival of Father Christmas.

We have entertainment from the ‘Singing Santa’ in the main lounge and Jules in the foyer, a variety of stalls, many games,

light refreshments and Angie’s famous Festive Rolls!

The Grand Raffle will be drawn at the close of our Fayre and all competition winner announced.

Our Summer and Christmas Fayres are always special occasions and bring much laughter and happy memories to the Grange.  We would like to thank the Holiday Inn who have offered additional parking on these events.  Please see the posters regarding parking which are displayed around the Grange.

Shirley would be grateful for your donations of tombola prizes, bric-a-brac and home-made cakes and preserves.

Perhaps you are able to donate your time by manning a stall?

All proceeds are contributed to the Resident’s Fund and provide activities and entertainment for all. Your support is always greatly appreciated and we look forward to seeing you on the day.

Activities

As you will see from the ‘Dates for your December Diary’ we have a very busy month ahead. While we have regular entertainment in the main lounge on Monday 4th we have local artist Barry Sutcliffe with a demonstration of water colour painting in the dining room and on the morning of Tuesday the 5th a Christmas Service from Sandiacre Churches Together.  On Monday 11th we welcome the Village Singers in the dining area and on Friday 15th the Risley Not-so-Young Group will join the Grange for bingo and cakes from Birds Bakery. Our Christmas Party will be held at teatime on Thursday 21st. Family and friends are most welcome to join the Grange at the Christmas Party and Christmas Lunch.  Please see Caroline should your family and friends wish to join us.

Birthdays

This month we would like to wish Sheila a very Happy Birthday on the 9th.  Best wishes for a lovely day from everyone at the Grange.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR
